2021 ehrte Galerie Buchholz Michael Oppitz’ Werk mit einer erweiterten englischen Ausgabe seines Werkes »Schamanen im Blinden Land« von 1980, das oft im Zusammenhang mit dem gleichnamigen Film zitiert wird, dennoch ein ganz eigenständiges episches Zeugnis ist.

Der ursprünglich inNew York geplante Launch des Buches musste verschoben und nach Berlin verlegt werden – Galerie Buchholz präsentierte das Buch im Rahmen einer Ausstellung anlässlich des 79. Geburtstag des Autors.

–endash gestaltete den 384-seitigen Band, der als Leinen und Paperback erschienen ist.
